                Complainant absent and today also.  Opposite parties represented.  The complainant is not turning up though the case is listed for trial and relisted for trial.  Today there is no representation even.  Hence we are of the view that the complainant is not interested in prosecuting the complaint.  The two documents produced along with the complainant are only unattested photocopies which are not admissible in evidence.  Hence there is absolutely no evidence to substantiate the case of the complainant.

In the result complaint stands dismissed.
