Present:          Shri Anuj Kamboj, Advocate for complainant along with  complainant in person.

                       

                    Case is fixed for 05.09.2017 for filing evidence of OP No.1. Today complainant appeared and filed an application for preponment. Heard. Application is allowed as prayed for, case is preponed from 05.09.2017 to today. Today complainant has filed his power of attorney and made a separate statement in which he states that he has no grievance against the OPs so he does not want to pursue his present complaint Affidavit to this effect (Annexure Mark A) has been attached with the present application.

                        Heard. In view of the statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
