Despite giving several oppourtunities, neither the petitioner nor the counsel for petitioner turned up, therefore, we are of the view that the petitioner has withdrawn the amounts from the Hon’ble State Commission and there is no amounts due from Respondent. Hence this EA is closed giving liberty to re-open the matter if the claim is not satisfied.
