ORDER BY HON’BLE PRESIDENT- MR. P.K. PADHI:

                                                                                             JUDGMENT

Complainant has filed the consumer complaint U/s.35 of C.P. Act, 2019 through E-Filing seeking refund of Rs.70,210/- which he had paid on 10.8.2020 for undergoing course related to business education, scaling entereneurship and awareness at a very affordable price.

Notice to opposite party was sent by this Commission as per order dt.08.01.2024 but the opposite party did not turned up and complainant is also absent after filing through E-Dakhil.

Complainant has paid the consideration amount to avail the aforesaid course and duly completed the course but the complainant has not alleged any deficiency in service or unfair trade practice but could not get any commission as the complainant failed to sale any programme and it is the failure of complainant. There is also no agreement or contract to give employment or engagement or any assurance by opposite party. The complainant has availed the educational course but failure to get any earning on the part of complainant cannot be blamed on the opposite party. As such we find no merit in the consumer complaint and accordingly the consumer complaint is dismissed. No cost.

Pronounced in the open Commission on this 28th Nov.,2024.
