No-one appears either from the side of the complainant or the opposite parties.  While going through the record, we have come across a communication filed sometimes in July, 2003 on behalf of the opposite party No. 1 stating that the parties are negotiating for settlement and the complainant has expressed his willingness to withdraw the present complaint.  Notices issued to the opposite parties have been received back with remarks “Left”.  In the circumstance this complaint cannot be proceeded with further and the same is dismissed in default and for non-prosecution.
