JUDGEMENT

 

  1.                   At the very outset Ld. Counsel for the OP having apologised for all that happened leading to filing of this complaint the Ld. Counsel for the complainant prays for withdrawal of the complaint.  Apology has been taken on record.  Permission granted to withdraw the complaint.  Complaint is disposed of as withdrawn. However, it is made clear that apology furnished in this case will not be used by the complainants in any other case against the Hospital or against the Doctors. 

 

  1.                   Ordered accordingly.

 

  1.                   A copy of the order be forwarded to the parties to the case free of cost as statutorily required. 

     

  1.       File be consigned to record.
