                                     Final Order/Judgement.

The Complainant is absent without step. The case is taken up for Show Cause. None turn up on behalf of the complainant on repeated calls. O.Ps are present and files hazira.

It appears from the record that the complainant remained absent without steps for long time. So the complainant was directed to show cause as to why the case will not be dismissed for non-prosecution and today has been fixed for filing B.N.A.&show cause. But the complainant neither appeared nor filed show cause as directed. From the conduct of the complainant it appears us that the complainant is not willing to processed further with the case. As such the case is liable to be dismissed.

        Hence, it is,

Ordered,

            That the Complaint Case No.CC/93/2018 be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution without cost.    

            The case is thus disposed of.

            Let a plain copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
