The instant IA/105/2024 in connection with this RBR/CC/9/2022 is taken up for hearing in presence of both sides. Considered.

Having  regard to the submission of both sides and factual matrix of the complaint case, as prima facie transpires, the instant prayer of the complainant for obtaining of expert medical opinion in respect of the issues of this case  deserves positive consideration for elucidation of real point of controversy and clarification of Medico –Technical issues in respect of a particular stream of subject (Gynecology and obstetrics besides other relevant streams of medical science) to reach specific and correct finding. Accordingly, this petition of  the complainant/applicant of this case Khaleda Jia Khatun alia Khaleda Gia Khatun  is allowed on hearing both sides contesting.  

All the pertinent medical documents in connection with this case so available in the case record, be transmitted in specially digitalized Xerox form to the Ld. MSVP, Calcutta Medical College Hospital, Kolkata for perusal, scanning of the same and taking of all the appropriate steps available with him for determination of this medical steps taken upon the patient concerned related to the complainant of the relevant case and to furnish unambiguous, exhaustive medical expert’s opinion in respect of the matters in issue of this complaint case before this commission as early as practicable preferably by 20.12.2024.
