Delay of 24 days in filing the revision petitions is condoned.

The State Commission has dismissed the appeal on the ground of delay.  The delay was 45-65 days in filing the appeal.  We would have condoned the delay if there was any merit in the appeal.  Admittedly, the petitioner did not pay the amounts deposited with it in the Saving as well as Current Account on the ground that it was in financial crisis which by itself is no reason not to make the payment of the persons who had kept their money in the petitioner bank.  Dismissed.
