On scrutiny of record, it appears that on 20.09.2023, complainant was directed to show cause as to why the present complaint shall not be dismissed for non-prosecution and the date was fixed on 30.10.2023 and today also the complainant is found absent without any reply to the show cause. Therefore, we have no other option but to dismiss the complaint on the ground of non-prosecution.
