Final Order / Judgement

 Ld lawyer of the Op no 1 & 3 files along with the hazira a copy of final order/judgement dated 22.1.19 of the hon’ble State commission in c/w first appeal No. A/566/2015 arising out of final order/judgement dated 10.2.15 in the C.C. No 62 of 2012(out of which the instant execution case arose and is running).

By that said order, the hon’ble state commission was pleased to set aside the judgment dated 10.2.2015 resulting  that the C.C. case stands dismissed.

 Since the C.C. case stands dismissed, the instant execution case arising out of the case is also kept  in  abeyance till further order of the hon’ble state commission.
