                   Keeping in view the even dated separate statements suffered by the respondents as well as by counsel for the complainant, present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn, with no order as to costs.   In case, the respondents failed to honour their statement suffered before this Commission on today, then complainant shall be at liberty to file afresh complaint against the respondents and in afresh complaint, complainant will disclose the particulars of the present complaint and its fate. File be consigned to records.
