Today is fixed for hearing of the M.A. case being No.108/2023 and objection, if any, in the meantime.
Ld. Advocate for the complainant is present.
Ld. Advocate for the O.P. is also present.
The M.A. case being No.108/2023 is taken-up for hearing and order.
On 20.09.2023, Ld. Advocate for the O.P. files a petition supported by an affidavit stating that for giving reply to the questionnaires of the complainant, all the medical treatment records /sheets of Burdwan Medical College & Hospital in respect of the patient namely Avijit Sarkar is very much necessary as the said patient was also treated in the said Govt. Hospital till death and prays for a direction upon the MSVP of Burdwan Medical College and Hospital calling for either original or duly attested copies of all the medical records /treatments sheets of BMCH in respect of the patient whose date of admission was on 05.04.2020 at 1.33 pm and death certificate was issued on 02.09.2020 (A.R.No.32634).
Ld. Advocate for the complainant is present and raised objection against the said petition.

Heard the Ld. Advocates of both sides. Perused the case record.
We are of opinion that for proper adjudication of the case, the records /documents as called for by the O.P. is very much necessary. So, the prayer of the O.P. is hereby allowed.
Medical Superintendent cum Vice-Principal, Burdwan Medical College & Hospital is directed to submit the certified copy of the treatment sheet (BHT) of the patient namely Avijit Sarkar who was treated there on 05.04.2020 and died on the same date (A.R.No.32634) at the said hospital before this Commission.
Let this order along with copy of the M.A. case being No.108/2023 be sent to the M.S.V.P. Burdwan Medical College and Hospital for compliance.
Accordingly, the M.A. case being No. 108/2023 is thus disposed of.
To 04.06.2024 for submission of BHT as called for by the M.S.V.P. Burdwan Medical College and Hospital.
