The case is placed before this Upbhokta Lok Adalat held on 24/02/2024 at D.C.D.R.C., Birbhum at 10:30 am.

 The complainant Eti Bhuimali is present. She is duly identified by authorized Ld. Advocate. Copy of relevant Aadhaar Card of the petitioner is also filed.

 This Upbhokta Lok Adalat took initiative. Eventually the complainant is not willing to proceed with this case in this Commission any further and she prays for disposal of the case.

Hence,

  Ordered,

   that the Case No. CC/43/2023 be and the same is disposed of for non-prosecution.

       Copy of this order be supplied to the parties each free of cost.
