Complainant and counsel called absent. Opposite parties represented. Learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that the complainant is not turning up in spite of notice sent from this forum through registered post both to the complainant and her counsel and even after receipt of notice neither the complainant nor her counsel turned up we find force in the above submission.
As the complainant after receipt of notice not turned up nor adduced any evidence, we are of the view that the complainant is not interested in conducting the case.
In the circumstance the complaint stands dismissed for default. No costs.
