Heard the learned counsel for the complainant and learned counsel for O.P.no.1.

2.      Learned counsel for O.P.no.1 submitted that the case has not come under the pecuniary jurisdiction of this Commission. As such he should   file    the complaint before the learned DCDRC, Cuttack or Balasore.

3.      Considered the   submissions. Perused the complaint petition and other materials.

4.      It appears from the record that the matter has not been heard. Only notice has been issued to the O.Ps for hearing on admission. But the service of notice has not been completed.

5.      Complainant is directed to get return of the complaint with documents if any and file before the appropriate DCDRC, Cuttack or Balasore as the case may be. It is for the complainant to decide to file the complaint accordingly.

6.      Office is directed to return the complaint and annexures to the complainant in course of the day.

Accordingly, the Consumer complaint  is disposed of.
