Complainant is present and files a petition stating inter alia to withdraw the case.

Heard the complainant. Perused the petition and materials on record.

It appears that there is technical default in filing this case.

In view of above facts and circumstances we are inclined to allow the prayer made by complainant.

Complainant is given liberty to file complaint a fresh according to law before the proper Forum.
