The Learned counsel for complainant is present. The present case record is taken up today on straight on an advocate memo filed by the counsel of complainant. He also filed a compromise memo wherein he stated that present dispute has already been settled by both parties outside the commission with utmost satisfaction of complainant. Hence he prayed to close the proceeding without further stretch.

                Petition/ memo consigned. As the matter has already settled between the parties, this commissions its strength to further stretch. Accordingly we dropped the case with on order as to no costs.
