As per the order dated 11.03.2014, respondent no. 1 submitted that the matter had been settled between the parties, but the petitioner had not filed settlement document. A joint application for compromise entered into between the petitioner and respondent no. 1 has been filed on record. It has been requested to record the compromise and dispose of the present revision petition as settled out of court in view of the compromise arrived at between the parties. The learned counsel for respondent no. 2 also stated that the petition be disposed of accordingly. Consequently, revision petition no. 2228 of 2009 is ordered to be disposed of in terms of the joint application as compromise dated 10.03.2014 between the petitioner and respondent no. 1.
