ORDER

Present consumer complaint has been filed against the OP who is a medical practioner by profession alleging carrying of the complainant’s pregnant wife to the OP for delivery of child in her womb and there after extorting a sum of rupees 50,000 by the toubts and mediators not a single word has been alleged about the medical negligence commited by the OP or deficiency in service provided to the complainant’s wife Priyanka Kumari.

As such do not find any primafacie case of medical negligence or deficiency in service for providing medical assistance etc hence finding no merit in the complaint it is dismissed.
