On call, learned counsel on behalf of Opposite Party appeared and submitted that as per order sheet dated 18.12.2019 it would transpire that it has been observed in the order that complainant has been absent in this case since 20.10.2016. Despite having direction to the complainant to come ready for hearing on the report of the expert but did not make his appearance for hearing, which completely shows that complainant is not at all interested in this case since long therefore to continue this case further appears to be aimless. Hence, this complaint case stands dismissed.
