Learned counsel Sh. Ashok Dimri, A.D.G.C. (Civil) for the appellant has appeared through video conferencing and has stated that all the required amount as mentioned in the appeal has been deposited previously in the department and the appeal has become infructuous, therefore, is liable to be dismissed as withdrawn.

As per the version of the learned counsel for the appellant, the entire decretal amount has already been deposited to the appropriate forum, hence if the appeal is kept pending then no fruitful purpose shall be obtained.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.  No order as to costs.

Appeal file be consigned to the record room.

                       Copy of the order be sent to the concerned District Commission for perusal and necessary action.
