Final Order / Judgement

             Heard Dr.Sarfraz Iman, the applicant/respondent appearing in person.

This is an application filed by the applicant/respondent praying for an interim order directing the appellant Bharati Airtel Ltd to restore the connection of Mobile No 94354072260 which was disconnected on 19-04-2018. However, the applicant has submitted that in the last week, they have resumed the connection to the aforesaid mobile number.

             In view of the above, we direct the appellant Bharati Airtel Ltd. Not to disconnect the mobile number 94354072260 till the matter is disposed of in FA.1/2016.

            With the aforesaid direction, the Misc Case stands allowed and disposed of.
