                Perused the petition and the xerox copy of the order of Honble State Commission passed in S.C. Case No. F.A./140/2010 dated 28-06-2010 wherein it appears that Hon’ble State Commission who pleased to dismiss the complaint and set aside the impugned order without costs.

                Having heard the ld. Advocate for the o.ps. and also perusal of the order of Honble State Commission.  we hereby drop the proceeding of execution. 

The execution case is thus disposed of.                

               Supply the copy of the order to the parties, free of costs.
