It is revealed that the dispute involved in this case have been amicably settled between the parties and for that reason the complainant is vehemently withdrawing this case.

It is candidly settled by the complainant and his Ld. Lawyer that the complainant has no further grievance against O.p.

In support of point of contention one application dated 14/08/2023 which is supported by affidavit has been filed.

As the dispute involved in this case have been amicably settled between the parties for which the complainant is withdrawing this case, let this case be disposed off as withdrawn.
