Despite notice sent by registered post on 30.11.2009, the petitioner/complainant has not removed the defects pointed out by the Registry and the revision petition, thus, deserves to be dismissed on that ground alone. On merit also, we are of the view that the State Commission had rightly dismissed the appeal against forum’s order dismissing the complaint on the ground of complaint having been filed belatedly as also taking note of the report dated 13.5.2008 of Punjab Medical Counsel. Accordingly, revision petition is dismissed.
