Fixed for argument.  Complainant files time petition on the ground stated therein.  O.Ps. also files time petition on the ground stated in the petition.  The Complainant raised objection against that petition.

      Let it be registered as Misc Case No- 23 of 2018.

      Heard the Misc Case.  Ld. Lawyer for the Complainant stated that as per the order passed by Hon’ble  State Commission on 25-05-2016 in Revision Petition No-RP /35/2015, the O.P. has to pay the amount of cost imposed by this Forum vide order dt. 21-01-2015 and 30-01-2015 and after that the O.P. can be submitted their argument.  Ld. Lawyer for the O.P. is absent on calls.  We have verified the record carefully.  It appears from the record that a cost of Rs.5000/- has been imposed upon the O.Ps. by this Forum vide order no.21 dt.21-01-2015 and order no.22 dt.30-01-2015.  It also appears that the O.P. filed Revision Petition vide no. RP/35/2015 before Hon’ble State Commission against the above mentioned two orders and Hon’ble State Commission has been pleased to dismiss the Revision and affirmed the impugned order.  Hence it is clear that at first the O.P. has to comply the order passed by Hon’ble State Commission on 25-06-2016 in connection with  RP/35/2015 i.e. O.P has to pay the cost of Rs. 5000/- imposed by this Forum vide order no. 21 dt. 21-01-2015 and thereafter, the O.P. can submit their argument for contest.  So, the O.P. is directed to comply the order of Hon’ble State Commission by the next date and the time petition filed by the O.Ps. today is rejected.

The Misc Case no. 23 of 2018 be and the same is thus disposed of.

To 06-06-2018 for comply the order of Hon’ble State Commission by the O.Ps.
