The case record is put up today as per put up petition filed by the complainant.  On call the Ld. Advocates of both the contesting parties are present.  On behalf of the complainant a petition supported by affidavit has been filed.  Copy of the same has been served upon the contesting O.ps.

By filing this petition the complainant has prayed to pass necessary order dismissing the case for non-prosecution stating inter-alia that the dispute involved in this case has already been settled amicably in between the parties to this case.  Accordingly, the complainant is not willing to proceed with this case further.  Heard both the sides.  From the side of the contesting O.Ps. no objection has been raised.  So, there is no bar to allow the prayer of the complainant.  Hence, it is

Ordered

that the application filed by the complainant today is allowed.  Accordingly, the C.C. No.55/2014 is dismissed being non-prosecution.

 Let the copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
