          Today the case is fixed for hearing on affidavit as filed by the complainant. The complainant is absent today. No step taken on call. The Forum has been given sufficient opportunity to the complainant to present in the Forum for hearing the affidavit as filed on previous date. The complainant has continuous absent on hearing date after given sufficient opportunity which I feel that the complainant has got not interested to proceed his case further.

                   Accordingly the case is disposed for default due to absent of the complainant.
