                   Heard. The counsel for complainant had made a statement before this Commission that he wants to withdraw the present case being compromised. His statement in this regard was recorded separately on 31.1.2023.

                   Hence, in view of above statement of counsel of complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn, being compromised.

                   File be consigned to the record-room after due compliance.
