                      This case is taken up before the National Lok Adalat. Keeping in view the statement made by the counsel for the respondent No.4 and the counsel for the complainant on 05.09.2023, without making any adverse comment on the act and conduct of either of the parties, matter being amicably settled between the parties, the complaint is, partly, accepted against the respondent No.4, holding it liable to make payment of Rs.60,000/- (Rupees Sixty Thousand only) to the complainant, within the period of 60 days from the date of order, in default of it, the respondent No.4 shall be liable to pay simple interest @8% per annum on the claim amount of Rs.60,000/- from the date of order till actual payment and it is further made clear, in case, the timely compliance of the order is not done by the respondent No.4 and the complainant is constrained to file an execution petition before this Commission to enforce this order, then, the respondent No.4 may be liable to make the payment of cost of execution proceeding to the complainant, which shall be assessed by the Commission at an appropriate stage.  Reader of this Commission is directed to make necessary entry in the relevant register/system with regard to disposal of the complaint on today. File be consigned to records.
