Heard Ms. Koyeli Das, the Ld. Advocate for the Revision Petitioner.  It appears this revision application has been filed against interlocutory order.  Though there is a mistake in the mention of the provision in the Cause Title but that does not help to decide the matter.  As we find that there is no jurisdictional error and the question involved is purely on fact and the Ld. Forum below has decided on fact well within its jurisdiction, we are not to interfere in the revisional application.  Therefore, revisional application is dismissed.  But we make it clear that we have not decided any of the question in the revisional application on merit.
