Complain of Complainant is accepted against Respondent Jointly or Separately with Rs.15000=00 as compensation and case expense with 8 % interest from the date of Judgment until the complainant is not receive the amount. Respondent has to order to give this amount to complainant with in one month otherwise he will be liable to receive this amount from the help of Forum.;

The Case is disposed off and in favor of complainant Mr. Santosh Kumar.
