Sh. G.S. Chauhan, learned counsel for the appellants is present.

An application has been moved on behalf of the appellants, narrating therein that pending dues of the electricity department have been deposited by respondent and after that, the respondent is continuously depositing the electricity bills issued by the electricity department, hence the appellants want to close this case.

Learned counsel for the appellants states that in the aforesaid facts and circumstances of this matter, the appellants want to withdraw this appeal and the amount deposited by the appellants at the time of filing this appeal, may be released in their favour.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.  The amount deposited by the appellants with this Commission, be released in their favour.
