                   Sh. VK Rajouria, Adv. for the respondents No.2 and 3 (Respondents No.2 and 3 were (Notice of complaint was not ordered                        against respondent No.). to be proceeded against ex-parte on 20.07.2022).       

                                               

                   Keeping in view of the statement of the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn, with no order as to costs. However, complainant shall be at liberty to raise her grievance/present her case, before the appropriate court and in view of the judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in the case titled “Laxmi Engineering Works Versus PSG Industrial Institute (1995) 3 SCC page 583”, the time spent by the complainant in prosecution of this complaint before this Commission shall be deducted for the purpose of computing of period of limitation. File be consigned to the records.
