​Ld advocate for the complainant is present and filed this case against the Dr. R. Ahmed Dental College & Hospital.

It appears from the record that the complainant availed of the free medical service from the hospital.

The charge paid by the complainant was Rs. 2/-only for registration of the name of the complainant as a patient of the said hospital. Since no charge was received by the hospital and free service was rendered to the complainant by the hospital therefore we hold that the case filed by the complainant is not maintainable and the same is dismissed in limini.
