Petitioner files a petition supported by an affidavit praying to permit her to withdraw the case stating inter alia that some facts were not mentioned in the complaint petition and the defect as shown in the complaint petition could not be rectified by amendment. Copy served.

Heard both the sides. Peruse the petition, complaint petition and other materials on record. We are of the opinion that the ground mentioned in the petition is sufficient and accordingly the same should be allowed.

Fees paid is correct.

Hence, it is

      ordered,

that the petition praying for permission to withdraw the case is allowed. Accordingly the complainant is permitted to withdraw the case without cost.

The case is thus disposed of on withdrawal.

Copy of this order be supplied to the parties to this case free of cost.
