FINAL ORDER / JUDGEMENT

Received Order dated: 15/05/2024 passed by Hon’ble State Commission, Asansol Circuit Bench in Revision Petition No. RP/5/2023  which shows that the instant case is held not to be maintainable on the point of territorial jurisdiction.

This Commission, by Order dated: 10/01/2023, held the instant Complaint Case being maintainable but on Revision No. being RP/5/2023 Hon’ble State Commission, Asansol Circuit Bench set aside the said Order holding that the instant Complaint Case is not maintainable.

Accordingly, in view of the order of Hon’ble State Commission, Asansol Circuit Bench, the instant Complaint Case No. being CC/60/2017 stands dismissed as not maintainable.

Copy of Revision Petition No. RP/5/2023  Hon’ble State Commission, Asansol Circuit Bench be kept with the record.

Both parties be supplied copy of this order free of cost.
