            The Complainant himself is present by filing hazira.

           The petition dated 16/08/2013 filed by the Complainant with the prayer for an withdrawal of the complaint is taken up for hearing and order. We have heard the Complainant carefully and perused the entire materials on record including the petition for withdrawal.

        Having presented the instant complaint, the Complainant alleged medical negligence and prayed for award to the tune of Rs.20,000/-.

           The Complainant at this stage having presented the petition intends have an order of withdrawal of the complaint asserting that the matter of dispute has meanwhile been eliminated by amicable settlement and thereby he requires to withdraw the proceeding.

        Having heard the Complainant and also giving due regard to the submission made him and as incorporated in the petition of withdrawal, we find reason to believe and hold that the Complainant should be allowed to withdraw from the complaint.

Accordingly,

                Ordered,

                              That the complaint is allowed to withdraw from the complaint and the complaint is disposed of being withdrawn.
