ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioners has already filed copies of the affidavit, saying that the matter had been settled between the parties and in terms of the settlement, alternative allotment has already been made to the respondents and possession has also been given in all the three cases.

          The learned counsel stated that in terms of the settlement, the amount of Rs. 1 lakh in each case lying deposited with the District Forum be returned to the petitioners.

          Since the matter stands settled between the parties, the said amount of Rs. 1 lakh lying deposited with the District Forum in each case, be returned to the petitioners alongwith interest accrued, if any. 

          The three Revision Petitions stands disposed of accordingly.
