Heard Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the Respondent in person.

          We have considered the fact that the amount involved in the present proceedings is very small,  relating to refund of Rs. 320/- only as alleged excess deduction.  Also, the matter has been considered by two Fora below.  The District Forum and the State Commission have taken concurrent view in the matter.

In the light of above and after hearing both the sides, we confirm the concurrent award passed by Fora below leaving the law point involved open.  The amount of Rs. 2,500/- awarded as cost by the Fora below is reduced to Rs. 1,500/-.  The Revision Petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
