Matter was passed over. Even on the second call, none is present on behalf of petitioner. As per record, on the last date of hearing i.e. 12.7.2011, none was present on behalf of petitioner. Prior to that on 15.2.2011 also none was present on behalf of petitioner. Notice was also issued to petitioner as well as his counsel on 20.7.2011. AD cards have not been received back. Since, more than thirty days have already lapsed and there is no appearance on behalf of petitioner, petitioner as well as his counsel are deemed to have been served. As none is present on behalf of petitioner for the last three consecutive dates, petition is hereby dismissed in default.
