On 17.03.2023, Learned Counsel for the Appellant had prayed for and was granted three weeks’ time to file fresh address of the Respondent.  However, it is submitted by the Learned Counsel today that he had not received any instructions with regard to the fresh address of the Respondent from his client. 

Notice could not be issued to the Respondent for the reason that the address was not available.  It is also seen from the memo of parties that the details of the Respondent have not been given.              

In view of the fact that no address of the Respondent has been furnished, the Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
