            OP Nos. 2 and 4 are present and OP No.1 has already been filed a petition on 2.2.12 that the OP No.1 Dr. M. Paul Majumder died on 1.12.2011.

            Today is fixed for show cause against the petitioner. The case will be dismissed for non-prosecution. But OP Nos. 2 & 4 are represent through their Ld. Counsels. But  neither the complainant nor her representative has taken steps today. Even nobody is present when the case is taken up on behalf of the complainant.

            On perusal of the record it has been revealed that more than five dates have already taken by the complainant for arguments+

 and show cause in this case.

            In the above circumstances, defaulting conduct of the case by the complainant. This case is dismissed for non- prosecution.

            The case is finally disposed of.
