RAM SINGH CHAUDHARY, JUDICIAL MEMBER:

 

1.                Learned counsel for respondent has made a statement that  the respondent would deposit the entire amount within office of present appellant as per the calculation prepared by the department within a period of 15 days from the date of passing of this order and the appropriate orders may be passed for disposal of the appeal.

2.                In view of the statement made by learned counsel for respondent, the impugned order dated 06.07.2018, passed by learned District Forum, Hisar is set-aside for all intents and purposes and accordingly, present appeal stand allowed. File be consigned to the record room.
