Present:-  Ms. Shilpa Bagade, Advocate for complainant.

File taken on the application of complainant for changing the name of the of OP from Dr. Lalita Rathi to Dr. Lata Rathi by stating that it was in inadvertent mistake  Amended memo party is also filed. Heard. The matter is at initial stage & no amendment is sought in the body of the complaint and only amendment is for the change the name of OP. Heard. Application is allowed. Fresh  amended memo of party is taken on record. Counsel for the complainant further submits that earlier the process was taken Dasti which got issued in the name of Dr. Lalita Rathi. Therefore fresh process be issued as per  amended memo of parties i.e. in the name of Dr. Lata Rathi. Heard. Allowed. Dusti be given.
