       Complainant Mr.Muhammed Ali filed this complaint against the opposite party for damages alleging deficiency in service.  The forum is not going through the merits of the case.

   The issue before  our consideration  at this admission stage is whether this Forum has territorial jurisdiction to  try this complaint.

   Here the opposite party is residing at Kannur and the  subject matter of the complaint is situates at Kannur.  Therefore this Forum has no territorial jurisdiction to entertain this complaint.  Hence the complaint is returned to file the  complaint before the proper Forum having jurisdiction.  Hence the complaint is  dismissed as not maintainable.
