                       Mr. T. Nath, learned counsel, appearing on behalf of Mr. B. Pathak, conducting counsel for the appellant BSNL submits that he has the instruction to withdraw the appeal.

                        In view of the same, this appeal is disposed of on withdrawal. Stay order, if any, stands vacated. Statutory amount, if any, shall be returned to the appellant or their authorized agent on proper identification.
