                   Case called several times since morning.  It is now 3.50 p.m. but nobody appeared on behalf of the complainant.  This case is pending for the evidence of the complainant since 02.12.2015.  The complainant despite availing a number of opportunities over a period of more than one year and 6 months has failed to adduce evidence, despite last opportunity.  From the perusal of the order sheets, it is transpired that complainant or his counsel is not appearing in this case since 29.09.2015.  It seems that the complainant is not interested to pursue his complaint.  The complaint of the complainant is dismissed for non compliance of the order. File be consigned to the records.
