Krishna Ghorai towards the award money as full satisfaction.  D/Hr. files a petition praying for withdrawing the said cheque. Perused the petition. Heard both sides. Considered.

                     Let the A/c payee cheque dated 21/01/2016 of Rs.2,50,000/- so filed by the J/Dr. be given to the D/hr. Smt. Krishna Ghorai on proper identification and receipt.  The Execution Case is, therefore, disposed of on full satisfaction.
